Like water swinging freely on the ocean shore
My heart swings in loud emptiness.
Echoes of laughter silently rings
In shadows of dark memories.
My lonely heart
In a quest for happiness
A fiery desire for affection
Rumbles like trolls seeking attention.
My days are in sadness
My nights are of tears
Sleep dwarfed with the hope of
Dreams of an unsure tomorrow
Chorus of solitary in my head
Rolls down like rainfall on my bone marrows
An orchestra of jingles
Unseen
A crowd of happy faces
Covering unhappy minds.
Loneliness sings for me
And I dance along
Because nobody but me
fully understands
